Come with a friend and learn Acro Yoga FUNdamentals; counterbalance, weight sharing, physical communication, trust and support. Take turns basing, flying and spotting or specialize in one area. Focus can be on Therapeutic Acro Yoga or more dynamic Acrobatic Yoga. Good for couples and/or friends, family ( or kids!)
