Thai bodywork is sometimes referred to as~ ”Lazy (Wo)Man’s Yoga” – There is No effort required. Sessions happen on a cushioned mat on the floor and the recipient remains clothed. Gentle pressure and compression are used to stimulate internal organs, relax tense muscles and calm the nervous system. Passive stretching & Rhythmic rocking adjusts the skeletal structure, increases flexibility and restores movement. Benefits also include: improved circulation, relief from pain, increased energy and deep inner peace.
Lori also offers specialty Pre-natal Thai Massage & Massage for Elderly. She also has training in Ayurvedic & Swedish Massage in 2005. Enjoy a session from this experienced, intuitive bodyworker!
